I offer you the space to deepen your awareness of your body, mind, breath and their connection. Always with a pinch of humour, because life can feel easy. Your body becomes strong and flexible, your breathing deep and refreshing and your mind calm and clear. Your whole well-being will be improved. I’m looking forward to meet you on the mat!

  • Intense & dynamic, meditative & relaxing - inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa. Flowing from one body position (asanas) to the next, bringing body, breath and mind into harmony. Whether beginner or advanced you and your joy of movemment in mind and body are in focus. For me vinyasa yoga means mediation in movement.

  • Slow & gentle - strengthening & relaxing. In Hatha Yoga, each asana (posture) is performed slowly and held for several breaths. You can take your time in each asana, aligning your body and breathing. For this reason, it is the perfect style for yoga beginners and older people.

  • As a surfer I know that yoga improves the surfing performance. With asanas you strengthen certain muscle groups and stretch and regenerate them after surfing. Breathing exercises help to increase lung volume and hold the breath longer and meditation strengthens the mind to venture into bigger waves.

  • As a practising and trained mediation teacher I lead undogmatic and authentic sessions that enable a mindful contact with oneself and the environment. Welcome to this mind-expanding practice.

  • You always wanted to try yoga, but somehow never dared to take the step into the studio? Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. I will tailor a session to your wishes. Can be given one-to-one or for two people.

  • Do you want healthy employees? Frequent sitting requires balance. We strengthen the back and core and develop strategies to deal with stress and promote well-being. Flexibly adapted to your working hours, I visit you at your workplace.

  • Would you like to have enough time to get to know a yoga posture in depth? In my yoga workshops I respond to your individual needs in small groups. The ideal setting to delve deeper.

  • A retreat brings a new connection to body and soul, creats a new clarity and means pure relaxation. Healthy food, good vibes, asanas, breathing exercises and meditations.
