Ich biete dir den Raum, dein Bewusstsein für deinen Körper, deinen Geist, deinen Atem und deren Verbindung zu vertiefen. Dein Körper wird stark und flexibel, deine Atmung tief und erfrischend und dein Geist ruhig und klar. Dein gesamtes Wohlbefinden wird sich verbessern.
Intensiv und dynamisch, meditativ und entspannend - inspiriert von Ashtanga Vinyasa. Fliessend geht es von einer Körperposition (Asanas) zur nächsten, wobei Körper, Atem und Geist in Einklang gebracht werden. Ob Anfänger oder Fortgeschritten, Du und Deine Freude an der Bewegung in Geist und Körper stehen im Mittelpunkt.
Komm einfach ganz unkompliziert und unverbindlich vorbei. Gib mir hier kurz Bescheid. Bei mir gibt es keine verpflichtenden Abos mit Ablaufdaten. Du kannst einfach ins Yoga kommen, wenn du magst und meldest dich an oder ab. Ganz entspannt.

In den Kunst–Stücken werden gezielt Elemente aus Alpenbräuchen aus ihrem Kontext genommen und in einem zeitgenössischen Performance- und Forschungsrahmen beleuchtet und neu kombiniert.
Diesmal dreht sich alles um die Kartoffel.

Ich leite 2 neue HATHA YOGA Kurse!
Der Begriff Hatha Yoga vereint im wetlichen Sprachgebrauch die eher körperbetonte Yoga-Praxis. Bei Hatha Yoga wird jede Asana (Körperstellung) langsam ausgeführt und für mehrere Atemzüge gehalten. So hast du genügend Zeit deinen Körper auszurichten und deine Atmung tief und gleichmässig werden zu lassen. Aus diesem Grund ist es der perfekte Stil für Yoganeulinge und ältere Menschen.
Die Sanskrit-Silben “Ha” und “Tha” bezeichnen Sonne und Mond. Diese stehen symbolisch für die beiden gegensätzlichen Kräfte, die in uns allen wohnen. Mond Yoga ist die eher passive, entspannende Form. Der Sonne wird aktives, dynamische Yoga zugeschrieben. Hatha will diese beiden Energien ausgleichen. Deshalb arbeiten wir mit der Aktivierung dieser beiden Kräfte. Das heisst, Hatha Yoga ist beides, kräftigend - sanft und entspannend.
